Scandit Highlights Retail Benefits of Mobile Data Capture at RBTE 2017
In May 2017, Scandit exhibited at the Retail Business Technology Expo (RBTE) 2017 conference for retail organizations held in London, UK. Scandit demonstrated a wide range of leading edge mobile data capture solutions that can help retailers understand and transform their operations.
One new mobile data capture capability Scandit highlighted at RBTE 2017 is MatrixScan. Available as an optional premium feature, MatrixScan enables users to locate, track and decode multiple barcodes at once and adds visual feedback in the user interface to indicate which barcodes have already been scanned. Scandit representatives were available to explain how retail enterprises can use traditional mobile devices to lower costs and streamline operations supporting core industry use cases such as inventory management, proof of delivery, order picking and clienteling.
