Scandit will be exhibiting its latest mobile data capture solutions for the retail enterprise at Retail Business Technology Expo (RBTE) 2017. Held May 8-9, 2017 in London, UK, RBTE is an IT event for retail and hospitality professionals.

Attendees who stop by Scandit booth #880 will see a wide variety of demos, including a new leading-edge scanning capability called MatrixScan. Available as an optional premium feature for the recently released Scandit Barcode Scanner SDK 5.2, MatrixScan enables users to locate, track and decode multiple barcodes at once and adds visual feedback in the user interface to indicate which barcodes have already been scanned. Learn more about MatrixScan.

Other notable demonstrations will include:

A rotator that shows off how fast and consistently our barcode scanner reads a code.

The new Scandit Case for iPod Touch. The recently released Scandit Case for iPod touch is the next-generation version of the Scandit Case and features improved materials that increase ruggedness and grip. The Scandit Case works with all of Scandit’s mobile scanning solutions, provides protection during everyday activities and offers a scanning experience equivalent to handheld scanners and mobile computers at a fraction of the cost.

The latest version of Scandit Flow for iOS and Android. This update includes significant improvements to our platform that make it easier for enterprises to quickly build, deploy and manage mobile data capture solutions for key barcode scanning workflows across the supply chain.

Our Barcode Scanner SDK. This provides retailers with the speed and performance necessary to replace dedicated barcode scanners and mobile computers with more flexible and cost-effective mobile devices such as smartphones, tablets and wearables. The result: equivalent or improved scanning performance on a smart device at a fraction of the total cost of ownership (TCO) of traditional scanners.

Scandit representatives will be available to explain how retail professionals can use traditional mobile devices to lower costs and streamline operations related to core retail use cases such as Clienteling, mPOS, mShopping, Order Entry, Self-Checkout, and Inventory Management. Team members including CEO Samuel Mueller and Paul Davis, Director of Sales, Northern Europe, will be waiting to say hello and discuss our solutions in detail. Also watch our Twitter feed for live updates throughout the event. Contact us today to schedule a meeting. Hope to see you there!
