Our software-based barcode scanner is able to read 25+ of the most common symbologies. For a detailed list please refer to our Supported Symbologies documentation page.

We support over 2,500 documents worldwide by capturing data from a variety of different sources on IDs, including PDF417 barcodes, Machine Readable Zones (MRZ), Visual Inspection Zones (VIZ) and identity photos. Scandit supports not just current but older versions of IDs – important, because an ID can be valid for up to 10 years. See the full list of supported documents.

The price of Scandit’s product depends on various factors such as the product and add-ons you are licensing, the support plan and if you bundle products or use cases.
