Samuel Mueller

Samuel drives Scandit's vision and strategy, leading its growth since 2009 to become the global leader in smart data capture. He's an experienced tech entrepreneur, innovator, industry speaker, and thought leader on smart data capture, computer vision and AI.

Previously, he was a consultant at Swiss Airlines and Swiss Re, and a corporate researcher at IBM Zurich Research Lab, earning three IBM Invention Achievement Awards and an IBM Research Division Award.

Samuel holds a PhD from ETH Zurich, MSc in Computer Science and MA in Financial Economics from University of Zurich. He has authored numerous patents and published research in leading conferences and journals.
